Junior And Adults Classes Mixed

As of Monday 1st August ALL MONDAY CLASSES will be mixed Juniors and Adults. We will all train together at the normal Adult training time. This is due to the number of students on Holiday during the Summer period. If the situation changes then we will look at doing something different.
I apologise if this is an inconvenience for anyone, it will continue as normal the first week in september. Please note Little PUMA's will continue as normal.
