ONE NIGHT ONLY All students will have the opportunity to train using the Redman! This is going to be taught by a good friend of mine Mr Grant Churchward 3rd Degree. The seminar will be based on realistic self defence, giving you guys the chance to see how a real life situation may work out!! This is definitely NOT TO BE MISSED. See training page or calendar for details. Please note this is open to all students as an extra training night!
